How do I book a shoot?

Pick what you are shooting and a package on the Book a shoot page, add any extras, choose a date and send the request. [We confirm within 1 business hour.]

How is the price decided?

Every package has a starting price. The final price depends on the size of the home, business or event, plus any add-ons. You see the exact total before you confirm.

How fast will I get my files?

Real estate media is delivered by 9am the next morning. [Business shoots in 48 hours. Events get a same-night preview and the full gallery in 72 hours.]

Where do you work?

DFW and Austin. [List of suburbs and the travel fee, if any.]

Do I need to be there?

Not for real estate when there is a lockbox or open access. [For business shoots and events, we ask that someone from your team is on site.]

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

How do I get my files, and how can I use them?

We email you a private download link. [Files stay available for 90 days. Licensing terms for MLS, web, social and print.]
